Cajun Dusted Grilled Fresh Arctic Char topped with a roasted heirloom tomato corn salsa. Served with yellow cumin rice and grilled vegetables*

Grilled 8 oz. New York Strip Loin Steak, Grilled to your liking, topped with cambozola pink peppercorn butter, Served with chive mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables

Roasted Chicken Breast stuffed with Brie, wine- poached figs and leeks served with rice pilaf and grilled vegetables*


Maple roasted Acorn squash stuffed with wild rice, Cremini mushrooms, green beans, pumpkin seeds, leeks and cranberries. Served with cauliflower parmesan puree and balsamic roasted beets*
